In Memory of Elizabeth “Betty” Wood

OUR MISSION

We help ease the financial burden of breast cancer so patients and survivors can focus on healing — and living well.

After losing his mother, Betty, to breast cancer in 1999, Danny Wood set out to keep her spirit alive. What began as partnership with breast cancer charities grew into something deeper — walks, fundraisers, pink ribbon merch on tour, and a solo album, Stronger: Remember Betty, with proceeds going straight to the cause.

In 2015, Danny founded Remember Betty as an independent 501(c)(3) — built so donations reach the people who need them. Holding strong in Betty’s memory, the foundation continues to grow in support and in the help we give breast cancer patients and survivors.
